Buying a live in triplex but all of the units are rented?

Hey All,

I'm looking to buy a triplex with an FHA Loan. My plan is to live in and fix one unit and leave the other 2 rented. The problem is that all three units are rented until mid next year and the FHA requires you to live in the property.

Are there ways to get a tenet to move out in order to make an offer on a property like this?
