Banking recommendations/ ideas

Looking for recommendations for banks to help me obtain a prequel for a loan to help me purchase my 1st investment property. I have cash to put down and great credit. Recommendations going through big banks such as Bank of America or smaller likeRocket mortgage. Thanks for any help and advice.
