Advice for real estate in East Texas
Hey everyone! I own a couple lots and need suggestions on what would be the best move? Whether it be to build the home cash to save on the builders commission and cash out refi once it’s built? Or keep my cash and build with a builder and let the bank finance the entire process? Thanks beforehand, any feedback is welcome
