I'm a Buy&HOLD real estate investor located in Finland, investing in my local market. Current porfolio is 10+ One room appartments all Condos (here almost all appartments are condos). I want to transition from buying single room appartments (one at a time) to smaller appartement buildings. Fun to be part of the community and I'm sure I could get a lot of new ideas although I'm in a completely different market many ideas can be used here as well.
