Partnership Buyouts Help

Hey All,

My business partner wants me help him buy his first investment property(4plex). He has the cash to buy it but, not experience, or the credit to do it. That is where I come in. I own one investment property and have the 750+ credit needed to do deal. My business partner stated that he would like to keep all of the cashflow and is willing to buy me out to do it.

Any suggestions on how I should structure this deal? Is there a typical amount paid to buyout a partner? I have my own ideas but, wanted to hear from you. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
