Recommendations for loan books or resources

Hey everyone! 

I'm new here and to real estate investing, and still trying to learn as much as possible before getting into it and purchasing my first rental property.

I'd love to learn more about the types of loans there are, so I could prepare and know my options better when the time comes

So if you have recommendations for a good book or other resources of information to learn about loan types (like The Book On Tax Strategies - for taxes) I'd love to hear about it!
