First Time Fix and Flip Cash Buyers at Cleveland

Hello everyone,

Me and my group are a group of investors from Israel and we are looking for some good off/on market properties for a fix and flip.Until now, it is a very big challenge to find those kind of deals. Our capital is pretty big and we do keep our self busy with a lot of offers on properties but still, we just can't close those offers.

Have you guys have some tips on how to locate those properties? Where should we look?
