Pitching yourself to a private money lender as a newbie
How do you go about pitching a deal to a private money lender if I haven't done any deals yet? Every way I run the numbers, it looks like a great deal. Outside of showing them a report of the numbers and performance, what would you suggest I do to make myself more "lendable"?
