hi i am new to all this real estate investment and have some questions.

Is this website to help you find places to buy and sell and give you advice?
Is the investment stuff for real?
Exactly can some one explain to me how to do this because i am confused i know you have to look for places were there will be alot of construction but how do i find that out?
So can someone just explain to be how to get a hang on this stuff?
