I recently graduated high school and have always been interested in real estate. My goal would be to some day own rental property, flip houses for profit and sell homes. My problem is that I have no idea how to get started. I start college in a few days and have been feeling especially torn lately. I'm majoring in Biology, which is something I'm not exactly passionate about, but will hopefully bring me good job opportunities. My interest has always been in real estate but I have always worried I would not be able to make a decent amount of money given the housing market the past few years. I don't know anyone involved in real estate, so any advice you can offer on how to get started is much appreciated.
