Im just a beginner with a silly question!
Hello Everyone!
Im very pleased to be among u! I just got known to this community and am just getting my feet wet in the real estate . I have a question and I would appreciate it if u could help me. I was looking for some buying opportunities in Los Angles in Zillow. almost none of the properties available can meet the 1% rule! is there something wrong or? :D

Two points.....1) ignore the 1% rule (do some research on here) and 2) Why buy in a super expensive city that's in a state that is notoriously landlord unfriendly?
