Becoming an Appraiser in Syracuse, NY
I am completely new to the real estate game but have been reading books for a while now and want to get started. I feel like becoming an Appraiser is the first step I should make, but I would only be able to do it part time so I can still use my full-time job to provide for my family. Is the extra effort worth it if I am only gonna do it part time, or should I just hold off until I can buy my first rental property?
