Introduction of myself!!!

Hey all!!!!

My name is Floyd and I am looking into getting into wholesale!!! I live in the 615!!! Just east of Music City!!! That’s Nashville, Tn!!! I just moved here from Salt Lake City area in January. I work in the mining industry and I am a experienced welder. I’m hoping to get into real estate wholesale to set my wife free of having to work and focus on staying home with the kids and possibly quit my job as well and make it a family business. She’s very into home design and remodeling. She loves how a house can be turned into a home with design and key elements. What I’m struggling with on the wholesale side of things is the exact process. Do I need funding locked in to be able to get a home under contract then sell the contract? Need some guidance. The other bit I don’t think I would have any problems with as I am very talkative to complete strangers. I am willing to cold call and be turned down thousands of times without it hurting my feelings. I’m straight forward and get to the point. Any guidance would be appreciated!!!
