Can you do anything in Real Estate without a car (temporarily)?

I'm new to Real Estate Investing and have been learning a lot from reading and listening to the forums here on BP, so I thought I 'd chime in with a question that I haven't seen asked or answered here. If so, my apologies in advance.

My car is temporarily out of commission and I don't forsee me having it up and running again until at least 1-2 months, possibly longer. I want to know if anyone thinks they can honestly do any time of work in Real Estate without a car? It seems like that would be nearly impossible with trying to look at properties, outside marketing, getting to REI meetings, etc. FYI, I'm looking to start in Wholesaling since funds are low, then later transition into Flipping and Buy-and-Hold.

Any and all feedback along with suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
