Newbie Considering Getting into STR Market

Very happy to have found this group! If anyone can point me in the right direction to a Forum or thread r/t STR using a nursing placement agency, Furnished Finders, I appreciate any help. I own a home in the Greater Sacramento Area which I left fully furnished after relocating 600 miles south. The home is in a great location, near freeway access and light rail, and in the middle of a business park with great access to many large organizations and hospitals. There is an agency called Furnished Finders that will place nurses or medical staff in furnished properties for 30-90 day contracts, but you must provide your own property management. I have been recommended to consider AirBnB property management, but I am truly at the beginning stages and would very much appreciate if there are any links or threads that discuss this type of STR venue. Thank you!!
