New to real estate investing

Hi, I am a 19 year old living in Connecticut looking to get started in real estate. I am curious on what others would suggest is the best strategy for a beginner like myself. I understand there is no right or wrong answer and the answers will vary depending on the state or city you are in. Just looking for some opinions on the benefits one strategy might have over another.

@Dylan Rozza

i would also recommend you househack. Since you’re so young, imagine acquiring 1 house hack per year for the next 10 years. Youll be 29 and financially free, most likely cashflowing, and light years ahead of all your peers. During this time you’ll be able to scale up if you want, or pursue something you actually enjoy. There are so many directions you can go, but house hacking is my #1 recommended strategy!
