Should I Use an Agent or not?
Hello
I have an agent who has set me up with automatic email alerts on new properties coming to the market. I have not found anything interesting from the alerts but have found a couple decent deals on Zillow and run the numbers getting about 13% to 15% COC/ROI.
Do I still get my agent involved to make and offer for me on these deals or do I go ahead and make the offer myself?
Really appreciate your help.
Thanks
