Pro Forma Template for RE Investing

Hello. Does anyone know of any robust templates for creating pro forma financial statements for real estate businesses? Something designed specifically for real estate start ups would be ideal, but I've had no luck finding anything remotely close to this.

The Bigger Pockets calculators are useful, but they are deal specific and I'm trying to get a big picture view of what a multifamily rental business might look like financially, at least 3 years and several deals into the future.

I've been trying to modify a SCORE financial projections spreadsheet to do this, but I'm beginning to think it is more trouble than it's worth, especially if there are better tools already out there.
