Looking for investors in Sedona AZ / surrounding areas
Hello,
My name is Jana H. and I’m a newbie looking to buy land near Sedona AZ. A highly trafficked tourist destination with almost no affordable housing available, even in surrounding areas of Cottonwood, Clarkdale & Camp Verde. The service industry workers have very few options for rentals, resorts are having to house their employees on site. It is a huge problem. I am looking to see how I would go about buy info some land in Cottonwood or Cornville. and build a large container style home for myself, ( I will pay for this), along with a few other individual or double containers to rent long term to local workers. Right now in Sedona, a single person making 15 to 20 per hour is paying upwards of 1300 for a not so nice, old, falling apart, 1 bedroom. This just isn’t sustainable. There are so few long term rentals that most small local businesses have help wanted signs. I know this is common everywhere these days. I want to help this situation and need advise. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this happen.
Any ideas?
Thank You,
Jana Heetland
