Now that is a good question. I am assuming where you beat experienced investors is you have more time than they do. That being said I would say start driving for dollars. Look up the distressed properties you find on the tax assessor website and try to get in touch with their owners by googling them or facebooking them. Free to do and if you do it consistently you will find someone
