Advise on licensing

So In my parish in order to do work on a house to flip I either need to sign an affidavit saying I live in the house or I will have a general contractor submit all permits and be there for inspections. If I have a general contractor liscense then I can do it. Does anyone know a good affordable program to help pass the contractors exams?
