New to the investment game
I plan to buy a property in upstate New York to rent out to college students in the area. I was also planning to create an LLC in Montana and buy the property through the LLC because I heard their property tax is 0.87%. However, I am not knowledgeable in this area, so I wanted to see what you guys think
