Looking for an investor to help and guide me, Long Island NY

Hi! My name is Jose, I’m a real estate salesperson with Coldwell Banker, and I’m a new investor. Yes I have no experience, I don’t know what I’m doing and it’s only my second month in this new world.

I want everyone around me to be successful, one of the best ways I know to help others, is to first help yourself and lead by example.

But in order for me to be successful so I can help those around me, I need guidance. I am currently binge-watching YouTube videos about fix and flips, wholesaling and just investing in general.

This lead me to my current deal I’m wholesaling, I don’t feel confident in anything so far and feel lost. The legal side feels very daunting.

I need a mentor, someone to help and guide me in this. I live in Long Island NY
