Looking for advice on a deal
1st possible deal that can be split between me and a business partner
•4 bed 2 bath
•Roughly 160k price
•Would split down payment, profits, expenses down the middle
•half of a duplex
Our market is tapped out and this feels like a good place to start since it will be local versus trying to get a deal out of state.
My questions are:
would it be smart to hire a PM for my first deal?
Should I continue to look or fork over the 10% for half the down payment and just get started?
Any advice appreciated!!
