Seized a $1MM Opportunity!

I started investing in 2017 and grew a small residential portfolio. I followed that up with some syndication investing as an LP, private lending, etc. I almost took down a 42 unit $2.1MM deal in the midwest and I worked tirelessly to learn and execute real estate strategies. I was a guest on BP Rookie, @David Pere's from military to millionaire, and many more. I had one problem, I could only grow so fast. I realized something. In real estate, if you can raise money and find off-market deals - you can dominate any niche. 

I had no clue how to find discounted off-market deals so I went to Flip Hacking Live 2020. It was a virtual event and we were sitting around with COVID going on. That event changed my life! I joined a couple of masterminds (I know I know, all the info you need is on the internet and here in BP). I also have the honor of serving as an active duty Marine for the last 17 years. 

8 months after ruthless study and execution, I ended up partnering with one of the top investors as a majority owner of our real estate company. I learned marketing, sales, and a ton more.
