Hello Everyone,

My name is Patrick. I have recently purchased my first property and I am in the tail end of a remodel. I am looking to rent and hold this property and eventually use a BRRRR method to roll into another property.

I am looing to connect with local invertors, contractors, lenders and real estate agents to talk and learn as much as I can. I am very motivated and plan on acquiring 6-10 properties in the WNY area. I would love to scale this operation and eventually move to a Florida market.
