New Landlord in Sacramento - looking for kind connections!

Hi, I'm Debi. I share my time in the San Jose and Marin County area and recently purchased a triplex in Sacramento. I am having some trouble building a quality team in the Sacramento area. It's a 2+ hour drive for me each way to meet contractors or deal with my new tenants so I'd like to see how I can find some help and manage my BRRRR process better. Some that come to mind: contractors, handyman (smaller jobs), electrician, gardener, property management (ones that will also manage tenants in place), real estate attorney and lender.

I would be over the moon to talk to anyone kind that can spare some time for a fellow BP member.

All my best,

Debi
