I'm a new investor and my partner and I just started a short term rental management company. How can we find investors that are looking to have their properties listed but don't want to do the day to day upkeep on it? We're currently looking in the Plano area if anyone has any suggestions on how to get started I'd greatly appreciate the advice.

Go network with AirBnB owners.  Surely there are some AirBnb/VRBO meetup groups in the area.

Otherwise you have to hunt down the properties, reverse prospect the owners, and call them.

You might also connect with Superhosts on FB and Linked in and see if you can take their overflow, assist them, or take listings over that are outside their main focus.
