Vendors in Charlotte/Gastonia NC area

Good Morning All,

I'm new to the bigger pockets forum and have a few single family rental properties in Gastonia, NC. I'm a long distance investor and I'm looking for some honest vendors who do good work. I've hired some who have taken advantage or over charged for rehabs/repairs. Any recommended vendors would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
