Setting up a Multi person LLC

I am part of a group of women who want to create an LLC. How would we design the LLC?. There are 14 of us. We are also looking for real estate accountant to help guide us in how we will divide up any profits. Should we be independent contractors? How would we design it in the best of all of us?
