What should I do to move toward financial freedom?

Hi I just turned 22 and I work as a HVAC tech in Burlington County, NJ. Currently Im making $15 a hour and Im in about $16000 in debt between car and students loans along with credit card debt. I badly want to get into the industry and start flipping, managing, or selling real estate. What steps should/ can I take towards my goals besides saving money and educating myself? Thanks everyone

Lay out a budget, find out where your money is going and decide what expenses, if any, you can cut out. Saving $500 a month is like making an extra $500 a month. I would focus on debt pay down, especially the credit card if it has high interest rate. Any side hustle you can work that throws extra cash into that debt is great. What are your current living expenses? Are you still living at home with your parents? Living alone? Roommates? House hacking can cut costs if that's a route you want to do...
