BP Rental Calculator Mortgage ?
Hello All,
So I'm just getting my reps in analyzing property using BP calculator. I noticed the Est Mortgage on BP is always $100-$200 off compared to the MLS. (Redfin, Zillow, realtor).
Example: a 100k home with 20% down @ 3% interest rate is show a mortgage of $381 on BP and $540-$550 on the Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.
Wondering if I'm missing/misreading something here.
