Hi, I'm new to bigger pockets and REI. I am from NY looking to begin my REI journey in Louisville KY. Based off research, and BP podcasts I am interested in pursuing BRRRR, and fix and flip deals in the area. Are there any real estate agents/brokerages that are OOS investor friendly in the Louisville area? Thank you, and hope to make some connections!
