Re Investor Insurance

Hi All,

I am getting into house fix & flip and BRRR in the Philadelphia, PA area and want/need to procure insurance for my business(es). I'm starting with fix & flip and will be the CM/GC on all projects, so I know I will need builders risk and other insurance, whether temporary for a project or continual if I flip frequently enough, not to mention owner's/landlord insurance.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for Insurance Companies (serving PA) catering to RE Investors, Contractors, and Small Business? I'm looking for A-rated firms that have been around for a long time and understand our business needs.

I've seen a similar topics in the forums, but the ones I've found are pretty old.  Hopefully this new post will provide current info for others getting started as well

Thank you!
Jim
