HELOC & First Rental Property

Hey all, my wife and I are looking to buy our first rental property (mainly looking at multi-family units). We will likely go the HELOC route for the down payment/closing costs. Looking to connect with someone who has done something similar to talk about timelines on the HELOC payback and strategy on replicating the process so we can do it again and again. Thanks in advance!
