What numbers make a great deal
I'm new to real estate and in the process of learning everything. I understand what makes a deal workable number wise, things like the 1%, 75 ARV, a good ROI are good filters. My question is what does a great deal look like, what numbers does an amazing deal have. I understand this is different for everyone but would love to hear peoples thoughts.
