Financing a already owned property.

Posted

Hey everyone I currently own a property free and clear and need to take a loan out on it so I can get my next property. I’m having trouble getting a investment loan on the property at the moment. What’s the best way to go about this? Best companies to deal with? any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Dustin,

When you say you are having troubles, what troubles are you having? It should be relatively easy to cash out refinance on a property owned free and clear. I would recommend reaching out to several lenders, local to you if possible, and tell them what you are looking for. I am sure one of the banks or lenders will be able to assist. If you are not sure who to go to, post on your local facebook investor group or even here on BP. I am sure you will get some recommendations.

Good Luck!
