Use my VA loan to begin my (investing) journey?
I am more than ready to begin my journey in real estate and I have heard I could use my VA loan to get a multi unit and still be under the single family jurisdiction. This would be my first home and while I keep studying and studying I think it's time to jump in. Ideas, thoughts?
