Investors in the Macon GA

Hello BiggerPockets Community. I was wanting to invest in the Macon, GA area and I wanted to find out a little more information about that market. Is there anyone that is familiar with the area/live down there or they invest there personally there personally? I love to hear more about it since it is about an hour outside of Atlanta. Any and all feedback is greatly welcomed!
