Hi! From central IL, namely Peoria area

Hello everyone. I live in the Peoria, IL, area. I'm just starting out in real estate and am interested mainly in wholesaling, flipping, rehabbing, with rental properties somewhere on the back burner. I await a chance to talk with anyone on BiggerPockets who might live/work in the area regarding these topics. Don't know whether my own best advice is to pick a topic and stick to it or master as much as I can. Any input is appreciated!
