Hello Yall, I am Josue Juarez, I live in the SoCAl area, more specifically northern San Diego. From the last time I have posted on here, my plans have changed. I am new to real estate and as of now I would like to get in contact with a investor who utilizes the BRRRR strategy in California or does out of state investing from California. I would like to shadow you in person and be there when things to take place to get a better grasp of how the strategy is actually used.
