CPA Working on Real Estate License

I'm currently a CPA working for a construction company. I also love real estate investing, especially managing my short-term rentals. I have had a few people approach me about managing their properties on Airbnb, so I'm in the process of getting my real estate license to build out a side business managing Airbnbs. Is there anything I need to look out for holding both licenses? Are there other opportunities I should pursue that leverage both licenses?
