Step by step plan of action needed for beginner
Hello Everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day! Well I am a new investor with not much cash to start buying property. I feel so overwhelmed it seems there are so many rules. When I think I'm headed in the right direction I find out I have to start over. I also was thinking about purchasing certificates for tax liens to start. I have used ListSource to find buyers but I'm not too sure if I'm doing that correctly. I just want to get started but I feel I don't know where to begin with little money, no mentor and no experience. I was told wholesaling is the best way to start but I find that to be a little confusing. Is there anyone out there that can give me a day to day step by step plan that I can follow so I'm not investing blind? Thank you I'm really praying that someone will be so kind to follow-up with me.
