Hello my fellow Ottawa real estate investors!

We currently have a duplex in Pembroke, ON and are ready to buy our next investment property. We are thinking somewhere within 1.5 hours of Ottawa (Pembroke, Smiths Falls, Hawkesbury, Cornwall, etc.). We are working on scaling our business this year so we are leaning towards doing a few BRRRRs in the near future. I'm looking to connect with people who are doing this in these towns, and see if anyone wants to discuss working together in a JV.
