Build or buy flip and resell a house

Hi all, for the last months I've thinking about how invest my money in real estate. I've think about build a house or buy one flip it and resell it. I know build one house is gonna take more time, but I think theres more profit but as well lumber is so expensive, I would like to known what are your recomendations from people that is doing this already.
