First time at a Short sale - pointers?

Hello BP,

Not a first time home buyer but looking into doing my first short sell sale and wanted to know if anyone had any pointers. I’ve heard these can be hard to complete and would like to know if anyone has done any of these deals and if so any recommendations to keep in mind.

Is there anything I should do when communicating with the bank, owner etc?

I have access to the property - should start inspections and estimates?

Any information is appreciated!

V/R

Darren
