Skiptrace LLC question - philadelphia

Hi Guys,

Trying to find cash buyers in Philadelphia and have been having a hard time finding the phone numbers of LLC of entities that i skip trace in a specific zipcode. I know there is the name search of the state but doesn't seem like they dont give you that info neither. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get best contact info of LLCs in our city/state?
