Hello everyone,

I am very excited about starting to invest in real estate, for years i have been saying i will start and this and that. Well now is the time i am ready to finally get into action and kick this dream into high gear. I have a credit score of 760 and have saved up about $9,000. I am looking for some advice on where to get a loan. I have read about the FHA loan and it sounds pretty good but would love some feedback. So any advice or help would be much appreciated!!! :0
