Western NC Question for STR

I am familiar with the TN smoky mountains and I own a cabin there. It does very well on the STR market. I'm now thinking about the western NC mountains, specifically Maggie Valley area. Does anyone have experience in that area who can tell me how good it is for STR (cabins)? Thanks!
