First I would like to introduce myself. My name is Scottie Mullins, I’m in the military, married with one kid. Currently stationed in Fort Worth, TX. I am new to real estate, but I am very interested and eager to learn about real estate and wholesaling. The end goal for me, is to eventually become financially independent (as much as possible) after I retire from the military, if not before then. I am open to all opinions and suggestions, but I will not respond to negativity. One of my other goals; is to start my own business. If you’re serious about what you do, let’s connect. I am also looking to setup a buyers list (with a proof of funds), connect with other wholesalers, investor friendly title company(s) and connect with a local real estate broker(s) and or agent(s). I would like get the prep-work done first before jumping in and making those rookie mistakes. I’ve already been learning some of the basics, but I know I’m not ready just yet. So, input is appreciated, but negative comments and or energy will not be accepted. Thank you in advance and enjoy the week ahead and your Independence Day.
